Triple Eight Distillery is a pioneering craft spirits producer on Nantucket Island. Since its founding in the 1990s, the Distillery has been a leader in American craft spirits, defined by its island origins, long fermentation processes, and uncompromising commitment to flavor.

Family-owned and independent, the Nantucket-based distillery produces world-class whiskies, gins, vodkas, and rums using pure island aquifer water and heirloom grains, including Maris Otter 19, an ancient barley variety nearly lost to modern agriculture. Every spirit reflects the influence of the island’s maritime climate, where salt air, fog, and ocean breezes create slow, even maturation and impart a distinct sense of place.

At the heart of Triple Eight is Randy Hudson, Founder and Master Blender, who brings an artist’s eye and a craftsman’s precision to every barrel, supported by Head Distiller Bryan Jennings, whose background in genetics and chemistry informs a deeply scientific approach to distilling.
