de Le Cuona

Established by CEO Bernie de Le Cuona in 1992, the pioneering fabric house is renowned for its strong commitment to sustainability, as well as natural fibers and artisan-led production. The company was notably the first to introduce stonewashed linen into the industry and launch landmark organic linen certified to GOTS. de Le Cuona has showrooms in London and New York, as well as a network of distributors worldwide.

Inspired by Bernie’s South African heritage, all collections are deeply rooted in nature and the aesthetic of raw sophistication. Bernie is an influential figure in British Luxury, a leader of innovation and sustainability in her sector.

de Le Cuona LIFE sees the accessories going beyond the home into fashion and travel. Handcrafted pieces by local artisans using ultra-fine cashmere, wild silk, baby Alpaca, and Llama wools and linen. Each has a sense of adventure, and as Bernie explains, “Our customers expect the unusual and want to see us doing things differently. For me, it’s about creating things that will grow with you and become treasures.”
