What is your idea of perfect happiness?: A glass of rosé alongside my pool - I don’t believe in perfect happiness. Happiness lasts 3 hours max. There is always something that will happen and re-adjust what happiness is. I believe in satisfaction.

What do you consider the most overrated virtue?: Philanthropy as an activity of voluntary giving - altruism is a virtue
Which words or phrases do you most overuse?: "Funky Fresh" ....to describe the current trend in designing 1970s nostalgic interiors
Which talent would you most like to have?: Play the electric guitar properly
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?: Stop thinking of wanting to play the electric guitar properly
What do you consider your greatest achievement?: The Rough Luxe Hotel ...but i am not done yet. So new achievements at the horizon.
If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be?: The ocean
Where would you most like to live?: By the ocean
What is your most treasured possession?: A precise inches and centimetres Stanley tape measure lined with tan Hermes leather with saddle stitching. They don't do these anymore.
What is your favorite occupation?: Drawing
What is your most marked characteristic?: Decisive hesitation.
