Rhona is both a practical and creative person so Producing came as a natural fit. She loves the outdoors and being a team player, again real requirements of being a Producer. Rhona started out as a graduate trainee in an advertising agency, covering all departments before settling in TV Production. She then moved to Production Company side as she felt she could have a more 'hands on' approach to production, it is here that she really learned what TV and Film production was all about, however her Agency experience has always held her in great stead as she understands the extensive work that is involved before a production company gets to see a commercial script. After working in Scotland, Manchester and London, she settled back home in her native Scotland and set up Eyebolls. Eyebolls is a way of life, it allows her to work with incredibly talented people and also allows her to have a family. If she wasn't surrounded by such great people it would be hard, but her business partner and her Clients and Crew make it easy. She feels incredibly fortunate to find her professional and personal balance.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?: Riding our horses and ponies. I love the outdoors and I need horses for my 'switch off' and clarity, my best ideas come to me when I am mucking out! I am a competitive person and I really enjoy working our horses and treating them as the athletes they are and seeing improvement at every competition.

Which living person do you most admire?: My Dad. He is the most honest and genuine person I know. He has passed to me integrity, the love of nature and the ability to dig deep and work hard, no matter what is in front of you. I have huge admiration for my 'farmer Dad'.

What is your greatest extravagance?: My horses! I think you have probably guessed by now that horses are my passion. Work is very important to me, but horses and the overall sport are my 'let go'.

What is your current state of mind?: Happy. Its been a funny old year for everyone, but I have my family and friends (at a distance!) to keep me sane. I have enjoyed having so much more time at home with my three gorgeous children, husband, dog - and of course our horses!

What do you consider the most overrated virtue?: Not practicing what you preach.

Which words or phrases do you most overuse?: 'If I'm being honest...'

Which talent would you most like to have?: To be able to draw! I cannot draw or sew to save myself.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?: My height. I am a diminutive 5ft 1! But then so is Kylie Minogue.....!

What do you consider your greatest achievement?: Setting up Eyebolls and working alongside my wonderfully creative business partner Victoria Watson. On another note I also consider my home and family as my greatest achievement - I am very lucky to have both.

If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be?: A horse

Where would you most like to live?: Scotland - and where I live now.

What is your most treasured possession?: My Children

What is your favorite occupation?: My job as a Producer, but failing that I really wanted to be a Vet.

What is your most marked characteristic?: I don't stop until I get something done.

What do you most value in your friends?: Loyalty.

Who are your favorite writers?: I enjoy fiction. Autobiographies and writing from the first person.

Who is your hero of fiction?: Don't have any

Which historical figure do you most identify with?: The Suffragettes

Who are your heroes in real life?: My Dad, for the reasons above!

What is it that you most dislike?: Greed!

What is your greatest regret?: Not taking a year out after finishing school - it's hardly a big regret but is the only thing I can think of.

What is your motto?: Move on!
